Aluminium TIG welder — Hall County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Hall County, Nebraska. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. The role involves: • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut What we are looking for: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard 3+ years on the tools preferred.
