Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor care technician in City of Salem, Virginia. You will be based at a busy office block. Day-to-day duties: • Segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Sanitise high-touch points like door handles and light switches • Mop up spills and put out wet-floor warning signs • Report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults What we are looking for: • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control • Fit to stand, bend and lift throughout long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
