Pot washer — Ondo East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Ondo East, Ondo State. You will work in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
