Now hiring: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Scott County, Missouri. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. You will clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens 3+ years on the tools preferred.
