The role involves clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. Requirements: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
