GMAW welder — Borough of Swindon

Now hiring: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Borough of Swindon, England. Day-to-day duties: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £2,850 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
