QC technician — Johnston County

Join our team: we are hiring a QC technician in Johnston County, North Carolina. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
