Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
