Great opportunity: we are hiring a retail butcher in Redwood County, Minnesota. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
