Power press operator — Mason County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a power press operator in Mason County, Illinois. The role involves record output and downtime on the production sheet; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
