Rebar worker — Gaines County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Gaines County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Your main tasks: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
