Glazing fabricator wanted in Penobscot County

Join our team: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Penobscot County, Maine. You will be based at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill The role involves fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
