Powder coating line operator wanted in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Naugatuck Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
