Meat cutter • Yagba East, Kogi State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Yagba East, Kogi State. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools We offer ₦800 per hour plus benefits.
