Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Colquitt County, Georgia. The job is in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot On the job you will handle: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish 2+ years on the tools preferred.
