Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Northeastern Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
