We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Dewey County, Oklahoma. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level On a typical shift you will strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
