What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot On a typical shift you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
