Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Benton County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
