Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Prince George's County, Maryland. The job is in a catering unit. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
