Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Full-time with occasional weekends.
