Join our team: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in City of Baltimore, Maryland. The job is on an industrial refinery shutdown. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Your main tasks: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope Full-time with occasional weekends.
