You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash.
