Chef de partie — Clark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clark County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $10,500 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
