On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Part-time with flexible hours.
