Great opportunity: we are hiring a removals labourer in Blackpool, England. You will be based at an office relocation. Ideal candidate: • Own steel-toe boots and work gloves • Careful and methodical approach to handling customers' belongings • Comfortable working in all weather conditions, indoors and outdoors On a typical shift you will lay down floor protection sheets before starting work in a customer's home; use a sack truck and straps to move heavy appliances safely; secure loads in the van with ratchet straps and blankets to stop shifting in transit; carry out a walk-through inventory check before leaving each property; disconnect and reconnect washing machines and white goods where required; dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes and flat-pack furniture. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £1,850 per month, based on your experience.
