Guest relations agent wanted in Ukanafun

Great opportunity: we are hiring a guest relations agent in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hostel or budget hotel. What we are looking for: • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset • Fluent in the local language plus good spoken English • Previous front desk or guest-facing hospitality experience Your main tasks: • Log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system • Prepare welcome folders and key cards for arriving guests • Check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) • Monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows • Run the night audit and close the day's accounts on the night shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
