Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Red River Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On the job you will handle: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Rotating shifts. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
