Vacancy available: tile setter (Georgia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Taliaferro County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy tiling site. Day to day you will run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. What we are looking for: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
