Pipe TIG welder • Stevens County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Stevens County, Kansas. You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
