You should have: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts Day to day you will plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset.
