We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in County of Flintshire, Wales. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Full-time with occasional weekends.
