Acoustic insulation fitter wanted in Armstrong County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Armstrong County, Texas. The role involves: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
