Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
