ACP cladding fabricator — Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an ACP cladding fabricator in Crawford County, Illinois. You will work at an ACP cladding fabricator. You will apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware. Ideal candidate: • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows 6+ years on the tools preferred. $10,750 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
