Mason's helper — St. Helens

Join our team: we are hiring a mason's helper in St. Helens, England. You will work with a civil contractor. What we are looking for: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
