Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
