Metal caster — Dunukofia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Dunukofia, Anambra State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day-to-day duties: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
