Immediate opening: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Bossier Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a commercial fleet workshop. Day to day you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. You should have: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Performance bonus on top of base pay.
