Gas meter installer — Geneva County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Geneva County, Alabama. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Ideal candidate: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations Your main tasks: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant Six days a week, one day off.
