Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Essex County, New York. Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding What we are looking for: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
