Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Wayne County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Day to day you will read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
