Urgent requirement: concrete shuttering carpenter (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in City of Staunton, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Day to day you will fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience.
