Backhoe operator • Chariton County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Chariton County, Missouri. The role involves work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. You should have: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
