The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
