Membrane applicator • Marin County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Marin County, California. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. Your main tasks: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
