Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in City and Borough of Leeds, England. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
