Scaffold fitter • Worcester County, Maryland

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Worcester County, Maryland. You will be based on a residential housing development. Your main tasks: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level Requirements: • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
