Service technician - home appliances wanted in Reading

Now hiring: we are hiring a service technician - home appliances in Reading, England. You will work at a domestic appliance repair workshop. Day to day you will descale and clean condenser coils, filters and drainage systems; order replacement parts from spare parts catalogues and suppliers; install new appliances and connect water, gas and electrical supplies; strip down and rebuild appliance motors, pumps and compressors; test and replace heating elements, thermostats and thermal fuses; test appliances after repair to confirm safe operation. You should have: • Comfortable working alone at customers' homes • F-Gas certification for refrigerant handling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer £2,150 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
