You should have: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather The role involves: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
